Questions
Is the care plan required?
No. You own your site and can host and maintain it yourself or with anyone. The care plan is there if you would rather not deal with it.
What counts as a small change?
Things like updating text, prices, opening hours or images, or swapping a section around. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Do unused changes roll over?
No, the monthly allowance resets each month. That keeps the price simple and predictable.
Can you look after a site you did not build?
Possibly. We start with a short baseline audit, quoted separately, to check what we would be taking on.
