These terms cover your use of chris-wozniczek.dev (the "site"). They don't cover project work: every project runs under its own written agreement and statement of work.
1. Who runs the site
The site is run by Krzysztof Woźniczek - IT services, trading as Chris Wozniczek Studio, ul. Graniczna 2ea/19, 54-610 Wrocław, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 6391914982, email [email protected].
2. What the site offers
The site offers two free services:
- information about the studio, its work and its services;
- a quote form that sends us an enquiry about a possible project.
The site is meant for businesses. We sell to businesses only (B2B) and don't enter into contracts with consumers. If you use the site as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law gives you.
3. Technical requirements
You need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or similar). The quote form needs JavaScript and passes an automatic spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile). You can always email us directly instead.
4. Using the site
You start using a service when you open the site or the form, and stop when you leave the site or close the form. You may not send us unlawful content, try to break or overload the site, or use it to send spam.
5. Quotes and projects
Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Sending the form or an email is an invitation to talk. A project starts only when we both accept a written agreement and statement of work and the deposit has been paid. Prices are agreed per project in that statement of work.
6. Example sites and our work
The six example sites linked from the home page are concept builds for made-up brands. They don't represent real businesses, and their forms, bookings and checkouts are demos that don't place real orders.
Projects under "Work" were built by Chris, and the names and trademarks shown belong to their owners. The lab at lab.chris-wozniczek.dev is Chris's personal site and isn't part of the studio's services.
7. Content on the site
The design, text, images and code of this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may share links to it and quote short parts with attribution. Please ask before copying anything else.
8. Liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is and may change or go offline at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using the site or relying on its content. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Complaints
If something on the site doesn't work, email [email protected] and describe the problem. We reply within 14 days.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
11. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over our registered address, except where the law gives you a different choice. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with its date at the top.
